Customer's Question
The application won't launch at all on my system.
I can't even launch the application, so no- I didn't change any options at all.
Every time I try to launch the application I get this window, immediately.
The PDF that I was trying to recover was stored on an external WD, 1 Terabyte Mac formatted drive.
Answer:
I need the crash logs and the console output - the screen pictures do not show enough information.
There could be another application causing us to exit and the crash log and console
output will have more information to work from.
