Customer's Question
Is there any reason why the app would crash while trying to save a file?
I got some files, but on an older file (.jpg) it crashed while trying to save.
I've got an external hd set up via FireWire.
Answer:
It should not crash while saving unless there is something wrong in particular with that file that could cause it.
Can you send me the console output from the affected system - also any crash log that may have been created.
I will send it to programming for a look.
