Customer's Question
There is no installer. When I open the package, there are lots of files. If I drag the main file to
Applications and run it ... it crashes.
How do I install it?
Answer:
After downloading the DMG file, you mount it on the Mac by double clicking it.
Then, inside the DMG file you find the photo recovery application. Drag that folder to your applications directory
or wherever you want to run it on the Mac. Then you will be asked to activate it on the first time you run it.
Using your serial number, you fill out the form and get the activation code. Enter the activation code into the
photo recovery software and then click Activate Now and you should get a message saying it was
successfully activated. Once that is done, you are ready to go!
