Customer's Question

I was so excited to receive your product, "AppleXsoft Photo Recovery for Mac". I work with thousands of photos and accidently deleted a group of them through a program I was working with. Last night I started using it right away, later I stopped the scan and put the computer to sleep . This morning I was going to start the program up. It was gone!?
I re- downloaded it. I don't know what happened to it? I also ordered the CD. I am fairly new to imac and still learning this system. I'm not real sure were to save this program or why it disappeared? I may need to re-down load it again. Last night while running the program it just quit and I had to re open it. I don't know if that had anything to do with it disappearing later.
Thank you for this program, I know it will be a big help to a lot of us like me who mess up and delete or empty the trash be for making sure.
Thank you for your support,

Answer:

What was being scanned? Photo Recovery will scan removable digital media and recover data from there. However, if the computer goes to sleep, it can cause problems since we do all of our work in virtual memory and putting the computer or the disks to sleep can cause the program to exit.

All that needs to be done is to re-run the program. If the program cannot be found, then you will need to redownload from our site and recopy the data from the DMG file to the applications folder. Then Save the DMG file for future needs. It is not recommended to run the program from the DMG file since the DMG file can be closed and that will exit the program as well.
