I need to activate the software File Recovery for Mac I purchased again, on a different computer.

Customer Question: # 1

My problem is that I activated the software on the computer I was having difficulties with. It has since transpired that I cannot rectify the problem on that computer have to use a different computer to scan the hard disc and retrieve the files I've lost. However, when I try to activate your software on the second computer is tells me that it's already been activated.

So, in short, I need to activate the software I purchased again, on a different computer. I am happy to de-activate and delete it on the original computer if required.

My serial number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and it's been registered to me at xxx@xxx.co.uk

What should I do?

Please uninstall the software from the original computer and then install on the other system. Then re-run your activation again. If you cannot get it activated, it is possible that you need contact us to reset the code to allow one more activation. You need forward your order receipt email to us.
