Problem with activation of File Recovery for Mac .

I purchased the software today. I got
the serial number and activation code. I opened the software
on the machine I used to download the software, thinking I
could copy to a cd or dvd and run it on the machine with the
trouble. I was able to activate the application on the
download machine but could not subsequently use that file on
the problem machine. Please advise what steps I need to take
to get this to run from the cd?

Hello-
You have to activate the software on the computer you will run it on. If
you need to scan a different drive, then you can put it in a USB drive
bay and recover it on the machine you are running FRPRO on. You do not
want to install it on the drive you are trying to recover, as that will
not work very well.
Also, if you are trying to recover an active system disk on a computer,
that will not be as successful as it would be if you removed that drive
from the running system and put it in a USB reader to recover it. This
is because there are active page and swap files and other system
operations that can affect deleted or missing data.
