Have you tried typing in the number instead of copy and paste? Sometimes, some browsers will pick up an extra space character in the copy operation and that can cause the number not to work. Get your activation code from our website with your serial number included in the order email. Please try typing it in and let me know what happens. If you are still getting an error, please send me a screen shot of the error?
