How do I get the program to scan the c drive. When I tried this am it only came up with the CD/DVD drive available to scan.

We need a couple of things... can you direct me to the place I need to
be
1- Can we use this on any multiple company computers to recover deleted
pictures from c drives? I am sure it would be one at a time.
2- How do we get it licensed to the company for one user instead of to
the person
3- We do want to return the file recovery
4- How do I get the program to scan the c drive. When I tried this am it
only came up with the CD/DVD drive available to scan.
5- My boss needs to have this on his home PC and his work since he works
from home as well. Is that OK?

Hello-
Any return or otherwise would need to be done through sales. The
licenses are single machine licenses and cannot be made to roam from
computer to computer, so each system where the license would need to be
would have to have its own activation.
The Photo Recovery tool will not show hard drives, only removable
digital media. The File Recovery tool is made for hard drives.
