Help please trying to get deleted files off Flip video HD Ultra!

Hello,
in desperation I purchased your Mac undelete file program as my nephew
deleted all of his Dad's 40th anniversary video on my flip ultra hd
usb video.
I have been able to see various bits come up on the Mac hard drive but
nothing on the flip hard drive at the moment.
Please can you assist me with this ASAP. I thought it would be more
straight forward than this.

Hello-
According to the manufacturer, the data is not recoverable from the
internal memory once it has been deleted. The software can recover only
from removable digital media or devices that show as a removable disk on
the system. Unfortunately, this data will not be recoverable.
