Thank you but now I'm having a problem opening the program.
I get an error message saying " the application frcmac quit unexpectedly"
I've tried downloading it again and again and it's still not opening.
Anything I could do?

Hello-
This is what I think we need to do. First, use the above build (replace your current one with it in the folder) as it will give me more info in the debug if we need it.
Then, please make sure that any other applications that are not needed are shut down. We will need to set the Console to log the data for us. To get this report, please do the following:
1) go to your Utilities folder - in Finder, you click Go and then Utilities.
2) select the Console application by double clicking it.
3) click on Clear icon or go to View and then Clear Display in the upper menu on the screen).
4) select All Messages in the Console window (on the left side of the window)
5) leave the console running off to the side
6) Start and run FILERECOVERY and let it run until the error happens.
7) go back to the console and save a copy of the log to a file and email that to me.
Then please check and see if there are any frmac related files in the crash log. This is in your Users home folder (icon looks like a house) - then in this folder:
Library/Logs/CrashReporter/
