When I click request activation code I get a screen full of text that says `Database error` and others.

I'm currently working at a company called Myriad Media
who
have just purchased AppleXsoft's File Recovery
software. We have paid, typed in all
the correct details but when I click request activation
code I get a
screen full of text that says 'Database error' and
a lot of other
stuff.
This is very frustrating and time consuming. Can you clear
up the technical issue please.

Hello-
Make sure that you do not enter any quote or single quote or apostrophes
in the data and it should be fine.
