I just purchased this software and each
time I run it on my external hard drive, it gets about
halfway and then the application quits.
Here is the report if that helps. Please advise -

MAC PHOTO RECOVERY is not Designed for Hard Drives. They need to use
MAC FILE RECOVERY for that. The reason it keeps crashing is that
PHOTO RECOVERY automatically saves the data to a folder in the user's
Home folder on the system drive called "Recovered". So the application
is likely running out of resource and the system is also probably
running low on disk space.
Thank you

Ok. I'm not sure how I got the idea that it worked for hard drives,
but i ran the demo version and it worked just fine.
I guess i need to request a refund if it cannot work for what i need it for.
How do i go about doing this?

The demo version will not save any files, so you are not running the system out of
resource by using the demo, but for hard drive recovery, you would need to use the
FILE RECOVERY product.
