The program will not run. I dragged to application folder, double click, app fails to launch.
I tried running from the dmg, and use activation code. Ran app. It worked. Dragged to apps, tried to run, again, failed.

Here are the steps to get the application to run:
1) Download and save the DMG file to the desktop
2) Double-click the DMG file to mount it. There will be a white virtual disk icon on the desktop for your Photo recovery product.
3) Create a folder on the Mac anywhere you want - we recommend to make one in Applications.
4) Copy the contents of the virtual disk to the new folder.
5) Eject the virtual disk (drag to trash will work too)
6) Open the new folder and click on the Photorecovery icon.
If all of the files are not in the folder, the application will not run.
If you are still having trouble, please send me a screen shot of the error you are getting.
