Mac Photo Recovery cannot launch from application folder, please help.

Customer Question: # 1

I purchased AppleXsoft Photo Recovery today. The license number provided does not activate the software. I get Error -12.

When I try to launch the software from my application folder I get the following: (Please help)

Support Answer: # 2

I emailed and asked for a screen shot of your error. Maybe something was missed in the email. I apologize.

Please send me a screen shot of the error and the steps you are taking to make this?

I will send you a fix quickly.

Customer Response: # 3

I sent you the entire text of the error message (below). If I sent you a screen shot, it would be part of the same text, but incomplete. What more can you need? Just let me know. All I can tell you is that it fails on boot.

Also, when the AMEX bill arrives. I won't pay for your "software" until you fix it.

Support Response: # 4

I ask for the screen shot because it is a common error for people to either download the wrong product and use their serial number to try and activate it, or try to use their serial number to activate the program instead of getting an activation code. So the screen shot of the software will show me what you are trying to activate and how you are trying to activate it.

I suspect one of these to be the case, since your product activation does not show up in our database, and therefore you do not appear to have gone online to fill out the code request form and get an activation code.

Thank you
