I am not sure how to open the file after a scan with File Recovery for Mac.

Hi my name is xxx xxxx, I just purchased
filerecovery for mac. I am not sure how to open the file
after a scan. i opened jpeg file but the computer says I am
not able to open it bc it might be corrupt???? I was able
to see lots of picture I am not sure how to open
it..
Is there a help line by phone

Hello-
You will need to save the file and then open it in the default viewer they have set on the Mac.
If the picture can be viewed as a thumbnail but not opened in full size, it could be damaged by partial overwrite.
