How can we get the pictures that were seen in the demo mode of Photo Recovery but not appearing in full version?

Customer Question: # 1

How can we get the pictures that were seen in the demo mode? They do not appear in the full program mode. I am trying to use a purchased product and the same pictures from the demo are not appearing and I have no ability to save them. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Support Answer: # 2

Hello-

Please make sure that you have activated the product C when you restart the product, it should not ask for an activation code. If it does, then you are still in demo mode.

Second, make sure that you have not changed the default location of the pictures in options. If you try to change the options to write back to the card, then it will wipe out the data, and that is not recoverable. PhotoRecovery will automatically save the data to the "Recovered" folder in your "My Pictures" directory by default.

Third, try removing your card from the reader, restarting your system, and then reconnect your card and restart PhotoRecovery.

Thank you
