I wonder if there is more data your Data Recovery software can recover .

Customer Question: # 1

Hello,

I would like to start off by saying that words will probably never suffice to describe the depths of disappointment and anger your program has caused me . Disappointment, because your product failed on many fronts to meet the lofty goals your web page promises, and anger that I laid down an astonishing money for a product that left me with over 4,000 broken and unreadable files.

The trial had given me high hopes with its 2,000 video files it found and 4,000 images. Yet the trial left me no way to view the files and wouldn't let me open any file over 100KB . What does 100KB get you? An avatar on 4chan. Maybe.

So I bit the bullet and gave your company over 100 of my hard-earned dollars. Now, I understand that data recovery is not an exact science, and there are numerous variables on my end that could have complicated my particular case. But I will let you know that of the "files" that your program was able to "save" a total of four (4) were readable/viewable.

I followed your instructions, and your trial gave me such hope. I know that it isn't your fault that my family photos will never be recovered, but it was such a crushing disappointment. This product did not deliver for me, and I'd happily give back the four files recovered in exchange.

Very much looking forward to your reply,

Hello-

Can you please give me some detail on what happened with the data? How was it lost? Was there other data written back to the drive? In the demo, if you click on the image and then click on the preview button up on the tool bar, it should open a preview window for you to see the image if it is a valid file.

In any case, please tell me the information above, and the options you chose in the scan, and let's see if there is more data we can recover for you.

Thank you
