How to recover a folder with important documents emtied from the trash with Mac File Recovery program?
| Customer Question: |
# 1 |
We put a folder with important documents in the trash and emptied the
trash. Now we would like to retrieve this folder.
We downloaded your demo of Mac File Recovery program, but in reviewing
the documents shown on the download. In looking at the few documents
that were under 100 KB, not one of them were the documents that we were
trying to retrieve. Before we buy your program, we need to be sure that
your program will do what is needed to retrieve our data from the trash.

If the data is not damaged by overwrite or other system use, then the
deleted file should be recoverable. If this is the system disk that is
missing the data, and you are continually using the system and writing
data to this drive, then the chances of successful recovery are
diminishing with continued use. If the missing data is on an external
drive or non-system disk internal drive, then avoiding any data being
written to that drive is essential to successful recovery. There is no
guarantee that the file is still intact, but with less writing to the
drive, the chances are good.
