Try to recover my deleted files. Why not all the recovered Quicktime video files could be open?
| Customer Question: |

I downloaded your software and went through the necessary
steps to recover my deleted files. However, when I
tried to open the Quicktime video files I need, only several
would open. Please help.

Which software was used? What is the media being recovered from,
and how was the data lost originally?

The media is being recovered from my hard drive.
And I deleted the files after copying them to an external drive (which crashed).

Another question, the data that you are trying to recover is also on the system drive you
are running the computer from, or did you attach that drive separately?
If you are copying data back to this same drive, and using the system for other things before
the data is recovered, it will certainly have an adverse effect on the recovered data.
Deleted files are marked as free space on the system, and if you write back to the drive,
you are writing back over the same free space and potentially overwriting deleted data.
