Please help me to recover QT Movie video files from formatted SD Card.
| Customer Question: |
# 1 |
Hello, I honestly just
purchased this about an hour ago. I tried the demo, which appears to
recognize my video files from my SD card. So, I decided to make the
purchase of the AppleXSoftware, so I could recover and retrieve my QT
movie files.
I run the program again, and nothing about the program seems to be
any
different from the demo. What gives? When I run the scan again, I
see all of the movie files pop up and get placed into a folder titled
"Recovered". When I go to the folder to check my files, I get the
message "The movie could not be opened. The file is not a movie
file." Umm, yes it is. That's all I had on the SD card is movie
files.
The card has only been formatted and has no new video on it to
overwrite any of the previous video. I purchased your software due
to
the claims you make stating that the software is "designed to recover
Photo images, documents, video, audio, music or just about anything
that can be written to digital media device"
I would appreciate some help in this matter.
Also, please see attached for screen shot of message.
Thank you,

How large are the video files? Perhaps I can have a look at one to
see what the damage is and what may be the problem.

The file sizes are rather large. Usually starting at 10MB up to 1GB.
Not sent from my Mac.

Using YouSendIt, you can send me files up to 100MB in size. Send me
a sample of a video that has a decent size and will not play. Let me
have a look at it. Only see the file I may know how to solve it.
