Greetings,
Well, after nearly long time and several calls and rounds of e-mail to both of your companies the net result is ZERO.
I have repeatedly provided every item that you've requested and patiently wait for days and weeks for vague,
incomplete and placating replies.
This most recent "reset of the serial number" gives me the exact same error that I have explained now nine separate times.
I tried calling AppleXSoft directly this morning but they apparently do not answer any of their phones.
So, once again, attached is the result of the e-mails below.
I need this now on an urgent basis for legal reasons. PLEASE get me something or someway to use your product.

The problem is that your contact data that you are entering does not match the original contact data you are
entering now C without a direct match, then the serial number is denied. This is to keep someone from sharing
the key and having more than one database entry for the same serial number. Send me your request number from
your activation dialog C then I will manually enter the data and send you an activation code. The request number
is on the first activation screen that shows when you run the program.
