It seems that there is something wrong with the file recovery for mac software.

There's definitely something wrong. First of all, I have re-inistalled the program,
then inputted the activation code, and it still looks like each time, it's a demo software.
One time, the pictures got to the destination folder but said I had a sharing violation, another time,
the pictures did not get there at all, after rescanning 3 times.

I think I see the problem here Cyou have not activated the software C there is no activation in the
database at all. So you are typing in your serial number as the activation code.
Please click the label "Click HERE to begin activation" on the prompt window to go to online activating
web page, then enter your serial number, request number and other information to get your activation code.
