Why I view the documents and it keeps saying AppleXsoft File Recovery for Mac (not responding)?

I have downloaded the program and activated it. I
then scanned for deleted files which was completed. I
then went to view the documents and it keeps saying
AppleXsoft File Recovery for Mac (not responding).
What is happening.

On some systems, it can be resource intensive to try and use the preview mode on large folders of files.
It is faster and easier to save the files onto another drive and then preview them with the application
that they were made in.
